Mandatory Training for Coaches
MANDATORY COACH’S TRAINING:
This training is required under Louisiana Law, and should be completed by all coaches NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, AUGUST 1, 2025.
Thank you for partnering with EPIC Education and Consulting to complete the required annual education for middle and high school coaches. Please click on the education course link below to begin the course. Once the course is completed, you will receive a follow up email from EPIC Education and Consulting within 7 days to complete a survey and download your personalized statement of credit for course completion. Once you obtain the course statement of credit, please upload the statement of credit to your own employee record folder within your district. HOW TO UPLOAD CERTIFICATE:
1. Save certificate to your Desktop.
2. Go to OPSB.net -> click "Portals" at the top left on the home page.
3. Click "Employee Records" -> log in with your OPSB email and password.
4. Go to Available Forms -> click on "Coaches Training Certificate" folder.
5. Click "Add By Uploading Document".
6. Click "Browse" and select your certificate that you saved to your Desktop.
7. Upon selection, the window will disappear and refresh, and you will see your saved document in the folder.
