13th Check Information

The 13th check will be DIRECT DEPOSITED on June 12, 2026. Check stubs will be sent to your assigned work email address.

The amounts of the 13th check are as follows:

• Instructional - $8,300

• 11 & 12 Month support - $2,150

• 9 & 10 Month support - $1,290

Retirement, Taxes, and Medicare will be withheld.

The contract period for the supplement follows the fiscal year beginning July 1 through June 30.  

If you became a full-time employee any time after July 1, 2025, your supplement will be prorated.

If you had leave without pay or extended leave days during the year, your supplement will be prorated.

The supplement amounts are also prorated for employees classified as 3, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, or 7 hour workers.
