OPSB News Congratulations to Wendy Allen upon winning First Prize in the Got-2B-Safe Awards Program. Wendy teaches 6th grade at Riser Middle School. She received a $500.00 gift card to Staples.

The Got 2B Safe! The program is designed to encourage teachers at elementary schools nationwide to teach their students valuable and potentially life-saving lessons. Teachers can enter by logging on to www.got2bsafe.com and submitting a brief essay that emphasizes the Got 2B Safe! Four Rules Of Safety. The program is open to U.S. teachers at accredited schools. The teachers with the top five entries receive free classroom makeovers valued at $10,000 and have their entries featured on the Honeywell Got 2B Safe! Web site.
