News: Swartz Upper Elementary Student Named Student of the Year

Tommy LeBeau, a fifth grade student at Swartz Upper Elementary School, was named Ouachita Parish Elementary Student of the Year. He represented his school after being nominated by his teachers. He later competed against all of the fifth grade students who represented thier own schools from Ouachita Parish. Tommy will now compete at the state level in Baton Rouge.
