Club Hosts First Royal Court Coronation at Shady Grove
Posted on Thursday, November 15 @ 14:32:51 CST by aline

OPSB News On November 13, history was made as the Ladies and Gentlemen's Club of Shady Grove hosted its first annual Royal Court Coronation. Sponsored by Mr. Calhoun, the Ladies and Gentlemen's Club is a new organization established at Shady Grove for sixth grade students. The purpose of this club is to teach students to be well-mannered, disciplined, and respectful.

This particular event, The Royal Coronation, promoted grace, elegance, and chivalry. The theme was "A Night of Royalty." Family and friends were invited to take part in this royal event. The king was Tonte Ard and the Queen was Alexis Thomas. The rest of the court goes as follows: Prince Brance Berry, Princess Myleigh Hopkins, Mr. Spirit Cree Dunn, Ms. Spirit Rokeisha White, Ms. Royalty Khadijah Mitchell and her escort Fabian Smith, Mr. Green Robert Livingston, Ms. Green Marlaije Cobbs, Mr. White Kendrick Jackson, Ms. White Destiny Eldridge, Ms. Eagle Natajah Williams and her escort Zyreek Penn, Little Mr. Shady Grove Michael Givens, and Little Ms. Shady Grove S'ala Evans. Special thanks to all the sixth grade students, parents, and staff for making the first annual Royal Coronation a magical night!
