A. L. Smith Students Get a ''Treat!''
Posted on Monday, October 29 @ 18:10:05 CST by aline

OPSB News A. L. Smith's Kindergarten and First grade classes got a treat rather than a trick when Mrs. Pankey, a retired librarian, came to read to them. Mrs. Pankey is also the mother of Mrs. Paige Sims, one of A. L. Smith's Kindergarten teachers and grandmother of 1st grader, Patton Sims. Mrs. Pankey read the story "The Woman Who Wasn't Afraid of Anything" and let the children use props to retell the story.
