The 2nd annual South Central Regional Music Conference will be held at the Monroe Civic Center in Monroe, Louisiana. This year's conference is sponsored by: Ouachita Parish School Board, Matt's Music, and the Monroe-West Monroe Convention and Visitors Bureau.
