Woodlawn Junior High Fundraising Success!!

Woodlawn Jr. High recently raised funds for victims of Hurricane Katrina. Homerooms collected coins for two weeks and competed to see who could raise the most money. The winning homeroom received a pizza party. On September 14, coins were counted and an amazing $1,308.97 was raised by 6th, 7th and 8th graders. This money will help evacuee families living in the Woodlawn area. Thanks for such a great response Woodlawn students and parents!!
