Students at Central once again read to put their principal, Mrs. Smith, on the roof. Students read to meet the goal of 20,000 points in Accelerated Reader. They achieved this goal last week and Mrs. Smith did spend the night on the roof. This was the final event for the year in which students reached new heights in Accelerated Reader. Congratulations to all students and especially Kentrell Owens, a 5th grade student that earned 574.5 points with 94% comprehension in AR for the year, making him the top reader for Central!
