Woodlawn Student Places in State Social Studies Fair

Montana Nelson, a 5th grade student from Woodlawn Elementary School, traveled to LSU on May 15 for the Louisiana Social Studies state competition. He won 4th place!!! His project was entitled, "The History of Coca-Cola". Montana gave an awesome presentation. He had over 50 different bottles of COKE from all over the United States... even one that had the year in which the NLU Indians won their National Championship on December 19, 1987. Woodlawn Elementary is so very proud of him for representing our school in such a "Coca-Cola Classic Way"! Way to go !
