District Choral Music Festival held at ULM on Thursday, Feb. 24th. West Ridge had a total of 103 choir members participating in four different performing groups for the district choral festival. All four groups received a Superior rating in the Stage Performance area and in the Sightreading area of the festival. Congratulations to the 6th grade chorus, Select Boy's Ensemble, Select Girl's Ensemble, and the 7th and 8th grade Mixed Chorus for a job well done! Their director is Mrs. Pam Givens. Accompanists were Mrs. Ann Fenn and Ms. Alicia Reitzell. Principals for West Ridge Middle School are Mr. James Aulds, Mr. Jim McKay and Mrs. Ginnie Craig. Helpers for the day were Mrs. J. Branch, and Mrs. S. Keyes and Mr. Russ Givens.
