Mrs. Amy Many's Home Economics classes at West Ridge Middle School are sewing quilts for children at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The quilts are in honor of Jake Raborn, grandson of Assistant Principal Ginny Craig, who is currently a patient at St. Jude, as well as Gus Kitchens, a close friend of Mrs. Many, who was a patient at St. Jude. Gus' mother brought him by the school to see the students making the quilts. The students took pictures with Gus and were able to see the quilt he received when he was a patient at St. Jude.
