Presidential Election Scrapbooks

The Woodlawn Elementary 5th graders were asked to make an Election Scrapbook for their 1st semester Social Studies project. The scrapbook was due on Nov. 8th giving the 5th graders plenty of time to observe and collect information about the candidate of their choosing. These scrapbooks were amazing! Out of 95 that were turned in, five are being presented to President Bush by Representative Rodney Alexander in February. 5th graders chosen were: Anna Martin, Mackenzie Hobbs, Maleah Brown, Jesse Watson, and Patrick Ross. The 5th grade will also be traveling to Washington, D.C. at the end of May.
