WRMS Paraprofessional Honored as Scholarship Recipient

Congratulations are in order for West Ridge Middle School Paraprofessional, Mrs. Janean Branch. During a joint conference, the University of Louisiana System Board and the Louisiana System Board of Regents honored her with the Thomas G. Clausen Teachers’ Scholarship in a ceremony last week at the University of Southeastern Louisiana in Hammond. She was commended on her academic achievement and commitment to education in her pursuit to become a teacher of elementary education. The recipient of this honor has consistently demonstrated her willingness to achieve goals and her dedication to the education of our children. The Administration and Faculty proudly salute Mrs. Branch on this accomplishment. She is a credit to our school.
