News: Sterlington High School Character Counts
Posted on Monday, May 17 @ 09:22:11 CDT by admin

OPSB News The Sterlington High School Character Counts Committee and their sponsors recently returned from a trip to Memphis where they performed a life-size storybook for the patients at St. Jude's Hospital. The book was a modern day version of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" called "Hot Pink and the Seven Dwarfs." The play was written by the committee, and the book was illustrated by the art department. The trip was one that the committee and the sponsors will never forget. They now have a new respect for the people at St. Jude's and the wonderful work that they do.

A special thanks goes out to the following businesses for their support: Lowe's Building Supplies, Luther's Grocery, Louisiana Cancer Institute, Angus Chemical, Greg Wilson – Allstate Insurance, and Mill Street U-PAK-IT.
