OPSB.net - West Ridge Choir Wins at San Antonio Festival!

Congratulations to the West Ridge Select Boys and Girl's Choirs on their recent performances in the American Classics San Antonio Bluebonnet Festival held April 15th-18th. Forty choir members and sixteen adults participated in the Competition held at Warren High School in San Antonio, Texas. Choirs, Bands, and Orchestras from Oklahoma, Texas, Ohio, Missouri, Arkansas and Louisiana competed in the Competition. The Girl's Choir received a Superior (Division I) rating for their performance and won the Outstanding Performance Trophy for the highest score in their classification. The Mixed Choir received a Superior (Division I) and also received the Outstanding Performance Trophy for having the highest score in their Mixed classification as well. The groups received an outstanding report from the Hotel manager and the Festival representatives on their excellent behavior during the entire trip.
