News: Richwood High - Region III Science Fair

We are thankful for the great success of our students at the Region III Science and Engineering Fair at ULM. We had several students to place in this fair.
The winners are as follows:
- Lanh Phan
- $50 gift certificate from the U. S. Navy
- Overall High School Award in Physicial Science
- High School Sweepstake Award, which includes a $50 check for her, a plaque, a trophy, and a $100 check for RHS
- First place in Chemistry plaque
- Junior Division
- Joshua Ross and Andre Sanford - 2nd place in Botany
- Toris Thomas and James Harris - 2nd place in Team Project
- High School Division
- Clara Green - 2nd place in Earth Science
- Brittany Woods and Sondrell Harris - 1st place in Team Project
These students will be traveling to Baton Rouge on April 15 - 17 to compete in the LA State Science Fair. Good luck to these students and all other OPSB winners.
